TERMS & DISCLOSURES

Terms & Disclosures

Effective date: October 11, 2026

Evermere Senior Advisors LLC (“Evermere,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides senior living placement and guidance to older adults and families.

We believe families should understand our role, how we are compensated, and the limits of the guidance we provide.

Our Role

Evermere helps families understand senior living options, identify communities that may fit their needs and preferences, prepare for and evaluate community visits, and think through senior living decisions.

Evermere is an independent senior living advisory and placement service.

Evermere is not a senior living community, residential care facility, skilled nursing facility, home-care agency, healthcare provider, hospital, insurance company, law firm, accounting firm, or financial advisory firm.

We do not own, operate, manage, or control the senior living communities we may discuss or introduce to families.

How Evermere Is Compensated

Families generally do not pay Evermere directly for senior living placement and guidance services.

When a family chooses and moves into a participating senior living community, Evermere may receive a referral fee from that community.

We believe families deserve to understand this relationship.

Our goal is to recommend options based on the senior’s needs, preferences, circumstances, budget, location, and overall fit—not on the amount of referral compensation available.

The final decision about where to live always belongs to the senior and family.

A referral fee paid to Evermere does not increase our authority over a community and does not guarantee admission, availability, pricing, services, or any particular outcome.

Community Information and Availability

Evermere may provide information about senior living communities based on conversations with communities, publicly available information, personal visits, professional relationships, family feedback, and other sources we consider useful.

However, senior living communities are independently owned and operated.

Community Licensing and Care Capabilities

Evermere does not license, certify, inspect, supervise, or regulate senior living communities.

Families should review current licensing information, inspection history, contracts, care plans, pricing, and other relevant documents before selecting a community.

Evermere may help families understand what questions to ask, but the family remains responsible for evaluating and choosing a community.

No Guarantee of Placement or Outcome

Every senior and family situation is different.

Evermere cannot guarantee:

•

Admission to a particular community

•

Availability of a particular room or unit

•

Specific pricing

•

•

Satisfaction with a community

Medical and Healthcare Matters

Evermere does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, nursing assessment, or clinical care.

Questions about a person’s medical condition, medications, diagnosis, treatment, level of care, or medical suitability for a particular living arrangement should be discussed with appropriately qualified healthcare professionals.

If you believe someone is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency medical care.

Legal, Financial, Tax, and Insurance Matters

Families should consult appropriately qualified professionals when they need advice regarding matters such as:

Evermere may introduce families to other professionals when appropriate, but those professionals are independent of Evermere unless specifically disclosed otherwise.

Referrals to Other Professionals

From time to time, Evermere may provide contact information for home-care agencies, elder-law attorneys, movers, care managers, financial professionals, real estate professionals, or other service providers.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these professionals and companies are independent businesses.

A referral or introduction does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, certification, or warranty of their services.

Families should evaluate any professional or service provider independently before engaging them.

Family Decisions and Authority

Evermere works with seniors and families during what can be a complicated decision-making process.

We do not determine who has legal authority to make healthcare, financial, housing, or other decisions for another person.

When questions exist regarding decision-making authority, guardianship, conservatorship, powers of attorney, or capacity, families should consult appropriately qualified legal and healthcare professionals.
